About the Role
Zahrawi Group is seeking a Senior Product Specialist - Surgical to promote surgical products, identify sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years of experience in operating theatre, a bachelor's degree, and bilingual English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends
- Establish contact with new customers, perform product demonstrations, and gather feedback
- Negotiate contracts and packages with new and existing customers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and recommend new products
- Assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses, providing equipment support
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Conduct training sessions for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience related to attending operating theatre
- Good knowledge in surgical products
- Bilingual English and Arabic
- Valid UAE driving license
- Based in UAE (preferred)

Job Brief
- The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
Accountabilities
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.
- Analyze market trends to identify new products and understand their advantages and disadvantages.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, etc.
- Establish contact with new customers, perform product demonstrations, and gather feedback.
- Follow up with new customers to negotiate contracts and packages.
- Ensure contract details are compliant with rules & regulations.
- Follow up with Procurement & Logistics for timely product delivery.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department for new materials.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, provide support and guidance.
- Recommend new products to existing customers and perform demonstrations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE. Must have valid UAE driving license.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience related to attending (operating theatre) is required.
- Job Specific Skills: Require a good knowledge in surgical products. Bilingual English and Arabic.
