Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends
- Establish contact with new customers, perform product demonstrations, and gather feedback
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, provide support, and recommend new products
- Negotiate contracts and packages with customers
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Place orders and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse for timely deliveries
- Conduct training sessions for customers and assist with equipment usage
- Coordinate with marketing department for new materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory or a related field
- 3+ years experience in Lab sales
- Background in Histopathology & Cytology is a plus
- Good presentation skills & negotiation skills
- Good English language
- Client relationship building skills
- Based in UAE and willing to move to company visa

Job Brief
- The incumbent will be responsible to promote products and services to customers, discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer satisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.
Accountabilities
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc.
- Establish contact with new customers, perform product demonstrations, and gather feedback.
- Follow up with new customers to negotiate contracts and packages.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department for new materials.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, provide support, and recommend new products.
- Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Place orders to concerned purchase coordinator and follow up with Procurement & Logistics.
- Coordinate with Finance Department for proper invoicing and collection/payment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years experience in Lab sales (Background in Histopathology & Cytology is a plus)
- Job Skills: Good presentation skills & Negotiation skills, Good English language, Client Relationship Building Skills.
- Additional details: Candidates should be based in UAE and willing to move to company visa.
