- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E Business Suite applications and solutions
- Perform techno functional analysis, solution design, and implementation across Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, and workflows
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF components, and custom interfaces
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and production support activities
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs
Requirements
- Experience as Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant with strong technical background (70%) and functional expertise (30%) in Finance and HR modules
- Hands on experience with Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, integrations, and mobile frameworks
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, OAF, Workflows, XML Publisher, and SOA Gateway
- Experience with Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL) and HRMS modules
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be available for onsite opportunities

Overview
- Seeking an experienced Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
- Ideal candidate possesses strong technical background (70%) complemented by functional expertise (30%) across Oracle EBS applications and integrations.
- Hands on experience with Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, integrations, and mobile frameworks required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E Business Suite applications and solutions.
- Perform techno functional analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions.
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF components, and custom interfaces.
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs.
Required Technical Skills
- Oracle EBS Technologies: OAF, PL/SQL, Workflows, AME, XML Publisher, SOA Gateway, CLAF, ECC, WebADI, EBS Mobile Applications, Mobile Application Framework.
- Development & Integration: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle Integration Protocols and Web Services, Service Based Integrations.
- Oracle Financials: AP, AR, GL, iSupplier, Purchasing, P2P Cycle.
- Oracle Supply Chain: Order Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, P2P Cycle.
- Oracle HR: Oracle HRMS modules, ERP HR processes and configurations.
Preferred Experience
- Oracle EBS Mobile Application Development.
- Enterprise level Oracle ERP implementation and support projects.
- Oracle ERP integrations across Finance and HR ecosystems.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud related technologies.
- Experience in highly regulated or enterprise industries.
