Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Application Support for business critical applications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and API related incidents
- Support Open Finance/Open Banking API integrations and third party connectivity
- Investigate production issues using application logs, API responses, and monitoring tools
- Analyze API requests/responses using tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability in line with SLAs
- Support application deployments, releases, and production changes
- Maintain incident documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for issue resolution when required
- Participate in on call support and production support activities as needed
Requirements
- Hands on experience in Open Finance/Open Banking APIs
- Experience with REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Experience with application monitoring and SLA management

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Specialist with hands on experience in Open Finance/Open Banking APIs to join our client's technology team in Dubai.
