- Manage end to end delivery of technology projects from initiation through implementation and closure
- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and status reports
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, issues, and proactively drive resolution
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure timely follow up on deliverables
- Support project governance activities including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives
- Work closely with technical teams, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and operational teams
- Support Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog tracking, and retrospectives where applicable
Requirements
- 5–7 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of hands on project management experience
- Experience managing IT/software delivery projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and software delivery lifecycle
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies
- Strong experience in project planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and project timelines effectively
- Experience coordinating with cross functional teams including business, technology, QA, infrastructure, and vendors
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of technology concepts including applications, integrations, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Strong documentation skills including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and requirement tracking

Role Overview

Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) environments.
- Exposure to digital banking, payments, core banking, lending, cards, or customer facing technology initiatives.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and transformation programmes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
