Description
Join GlobalLogic on a software project involving M2M and IoT 4G/5G modules for automotive, healthcare, and logistics industries.
The engagement includes developing end-user firmware modules, implementing features, maintaining compatibility with telecommunications and industry standards, and analyzing customer requirements.
Required experience
- 6 to 9 years of experience with .NET, C#, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Ability to debug product or customization issues, review logs and exceptions, and support issue reproduction.
- Ability to perform SQL performance analysis and tuning.
- Awareness of SAP, Oracle Financials, D365, middleware integration concepts, and API-driven transaction flows in enterprise pricing environments.
- Understanding of pricing models, pricing levels, trade agreements, accruals, retrospective rebates, price planning, discounts, and pricing waterfalls.
- Ability to identify issues involving ERP transactions, pricing calculations, accruals, integrations, or customer configuration and data.
- Understanding of browser-based applications, APIs, JSON-based integrations, and support ticketing systems.
Job responsibilities
- Debug known product or customization issues, review logs and exceptions, and support issue reproduction.
