The role focuses on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Azure, Kafka, and enterprise software delivery.
The position supports projects across industries including high-tech, communications, media, healthcare, retail, and telecom.
Technical skills
- Required technologies include Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Azure, and Kafka.
- The role requires strong Core Java, J2EE, Spring, JPA, and Hibernate experience.
- The role includes RESTful web services, RDBMS or MySQL, Postman, Swagger, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience.
- Strong Core Java and design principles knowledge.
- Very strong J2EE experience with Spring, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Very strong Spring Boot, RESTful web services, and microservices experience.
- Working experience with RDBMS or MySQL databases.
- Proficiency documenting processes and code with Postman, Swagger, or standard tools.
- Proficiency with Azure services.
- Basic understanding of Redis caching and Elasticsearch search or indexing platforms.
- Agile, Scrum, or Kanban experience.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality code through code review and defect prevention.
- Work in small teams to create integrated products in short design cycles.
- Create documentation and reusable artifacts.
- Define and plan projects with technical and product managers.
- Develop and implement an architecture strategy.
- Facilitate collaboration around engineering best practices and customer-focused solutions.
