About the Role
Design, build, and scale highly reliable backend systems and APIs.
Work on product backend systems or platform and foundational infrastructure depending on team needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience with Python using FastAPI and/or Django.
- Expertise in REST API design and implementation.
- Strong database knowledge covering MySQL, PostgreSQL, and exposure to NoSQL or analytical stores.
- Hands-on AWS and cloud architecture experience.
- Experience building and operating scalable distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of system design, performance, and reliability.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python backend services.
- Build robust REST APIs with strong performance, security, and scalability.
- Design and optimize data models and queries across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Architect and implement scalable distributed systems.
- Leverage AWS services and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain code quality, testing, and documentation standards.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Data, and GTM teams.
