Role Overview

Supply and Growth

• Lead Talabat Qatar’s supply ecosystem to maintain a sustainable, high-quality, and high-performing rider base.
• Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategies aligned with business demand and market dynamics.
• Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning for coverage and service-level adherence.
• Identify and launch new supply channels, including female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes.

3PL and Operations

• Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, from selection and onboarding through performance management and contract renewals.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners and ensure compliance, efficiency, and rider quality.
• Build strategic relationships with key 3PL partners to drive alignment and operational excellence.
• Lead the on-ground operations team and ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and service quality.

Performance and Improvement

• Monitor and improve rider supply, EPH, order-on-time, churn, retention, NPS, compliance, and coverage metrics.
• Implement standardized processes, digital tools, automation, and technology-enabled initiatives to improve visibility and scalability.
• Coach and develop managers, senior staff, and specialists across supply, 3PL, and operations.
• Oversee equipment management for uniforms, delivery boxes, and e-bikes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or an equivalent work background in compliance or auditing.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational roles within fast-paced environments.
• FoodTech logistics sector experience is a plus.
• Management consulting experience is a significant advantage.
• Management experience and ability to manage direct reports are advantageous.

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to manage complexity and drive decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in GSheet and strong analytical, logical, and consistent reasoning skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Arabic communication ability is good to have but not necessary.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage a heavy workload through prioritization and expectation management.
• Ability to travel to all Talabat markets as needed.
