- Plan internal and external design and manage the work of turning ideas into reality
- Evaluate and confirm that preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, and aesthetically appropriate
- Develop presentations including drawings, sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards
- Review and approve selection of colors, materials, and finishes
- Provide shop drawings and site documents such as communication and circulating letters
- Prepare working drawings and specifications for implementing the design
- Organize and control site activities with direct labor to carry out works in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Carry out site inspection to provide reports and recommendations to the project manager
- Supervise draftsman for technical details and guide them on all design matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design from high end developments

Responsibilities

- Develop presentations which may include drawings sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards, photographs or models
- Reviews and approves selection of colors, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the design concept
- To provide shop drawings and site documents such as communication and circulating letters of information, approvals and inspection
- Prepare working drawings and specifications for implementing the design (including materials, finishes, joinery work and furnishings)
- Organize and control site activates with direct labor to carry out works in accordance with drawings, specifications and other contract documents
- Carry out site inspection to provide reports and recommendations to the project manager
- Supervise draftsman for the technical details and guide them on all design matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or relevant course
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design from high end developments
