About the Role
Dar seeks an experienced Architectural Inspector to perform architectural/finishing inspections, ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards, and liaise with project teams.

Responsibilities
- Perform architectural/finishing inspections and prepare reports to verify compliance with regulations and standards
- Ensure inspection checklists and frequency are reviewed and approved by Project Manager/Resident Engineer
- Ensure safe working practices including compliance with Permits to Work system and DAR SOPs
- Inspect on site and off site materials and organize field/laboratory tests for compliance
- Liaise with Resident Engineer for effective implementation of quality management systems
- Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor submissions and construction matters
- Raise non conformance notices and identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with Resident Engineer
- Assist in reviewing contractor’s method statement and approve operations & maintenance manuals
Requirements
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in architectural inspection or similar role in construction industry
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and standards
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
