Responsibilities
- Advise on contractual matters and manage contractual correspondences in accordance with Prime Contract Terms and Conditions
- Manage contractual commitments and performance of work according to Client's instructions, Specifications, Drawings, and Terms and Conditions
- Assist clients with preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims or respond to Contractor's EOT claims
- Review and interpret contract documents, contract time schedule, as built time schedule, and verify actual dates
- Identify and assess project delays by analyzing schedules, progress reports, and relevant documentation
- Utilize delay analysis methodologies to quantify impact of delays on project schedules and costs
- Develop strategies to mitigate and manage risks impacting project timelines and contractual obligations
- Prepare delay reports and documentation to support claims or dispute resolution processes
- Provide high quality advice on pre contract contractual matters including procurement and contracting strategy
- Manage contract variations and change orders, documenting and communicating changes to stakeholders
- Monitor, evaluate and prepare fully supported estimates and claims for alterations/variations to the Contract
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in managing contractual commitments
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Bachelor of Laws or related
- Mandatory MRICS Chartered (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)

Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Managing the contractual commitments.
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Bachelor of Laws or related.
- Mandatory Membership: Being MRICS Chartered (Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
