- Maintain and manage all project and company documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Ensure documents are properly categorized, filed, and easily retrievable
- Control document versioning, numbering, and revision tracking
- Distribute documents to internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Maintain document control registers, logs, and tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and document control policies
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely document submission
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and formatting standards before filing
- Manage confidential and sensitive documents securely
- Support audits by providing required documentation and records
- Archive completed project documentation according to company retention policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred)
- 2 5 years experience in document control, preferably in construction, engineering, or project environments
- Familiarity with document management systems (DMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or EDMS
