Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Finacle Techno Functional Consultant to lead end to end core banking implementation and enhancement initiatives within enterprise banking environments.
- The role requires strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking, technical customization, and functional banking knowledge, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution across large scale banking transformation programs.
- The ideal candidate will work across Business Platforms and Core Banking Platforms, driving solution design, configuration, integration, and delivery of Finacle based banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end solution design including requirement analysis, functional design, gap analysis, and system configuration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Finacle based technical and functional solutions.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with banking standards and enterprise architecture.
- Develop and maintain Finacle customizations using Finacle Scripting.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts for banking logic, data processing, and customization needs.
- Support enhancements and tailored configurations across Finacle modules.
- Handle API integrations between Finacle and external/internal banking systems.
- Manage batch job setup, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Perform menu customization and system configuration as per business requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, delivery milestones, and solution alignment across teams.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, and technical teams.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands on experience with Finacle Core Banking systems.
- Expertise in Finacle Scripting for customization and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Experience in API integration and system interoperability.
- Hands on experience with batch job scheduling and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of Finacle menu customization and configuration.
Functional Banking Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of core banking modules including: CASA (Current & Savings Accounts), Term Deposits (TD), Loans, Limits Management, Collaterals.
Required Competencies
- Strong techno functional consulting experience in banking environments.
- Ability to manage end to end delivery cycles in large banking programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with focus on delivery timelines and quality.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in complex, multi stakeholder banking environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in large banking transformation programs.
- Exposure to core banking modernization initiatives.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration ecosystems in banking.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
