- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test suites for Finacle 11X core banking landscapes
- Validate end to end technical and functional workflows across CRM, Core Banking, and Payments modules
- Perform deep dive functional validation covering Assets and Liabilities business tracks
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Node.js
- Perform rigorous in sprint automation testing aligned with Agile delivery cycles
- Validate and automate testing for SOAP and REST Finacle APIs
- Analyze and validate FIXML messages and construct complex SQL queries to verify data integrity
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of dedicated experience in banking automation testing with Finacle
- Hands on testing and engineering experience on Finacle 11X platforms
- Strong proficiency in Selenium (Java) or Playwright (Node.js) for UI and functional automation
- Working knowledge of FIXML, SQL, and API validation (REST/SOAP)

Senior Product Engineer (Finacle Automation)
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer (Finacle Automation) to join a premier banking technology team in Dubai.
- Operating within the Software Engineering Chapter, this role is aligned with the Business Platforms & Core Platforms delivery streams.
- The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 10 years of deep technical expertise in Finacle testing and ecosystem scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test suites for Finacle 11X core banking landscapes.
- Validate end to end technical and functional workflows across CRM, Core Banking, and Payments modules.
- Perform deep dive functional validation covering both Assets and Liabilities business tracks.
- Utilize Finacle scripting capabilities and advanced log validation techniques to troubleshoot, isolate, and debug system behaviors.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks from scratch using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Node.js.
- Perform rigorous in sprint automation testing closely aligned with fast paced Agile delivery cycles.
- Validate and automate testing for SOAP and REST Finacle APIs to guarantee flawless downstream and upstream integrations.
- Analyze and validate FIXML messages and construct complex SQL queries to verify data integrity within back end databases.
Technical Specifications & Skills
- Core Platform: Hands on testing and engineering experience on Finacle 11X platforms.
- Modules & Domains: Solid operational understanding of Finacle CRM, Core, Payments modules, and the Assets & Liabilities banking domains.
- Automation Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Selenium (Java) or Playwright (Node.js) for UI and functional automation.
- Data & APIs: Working knowledge of FIXML, SQL, and API validation (REST/SOAP).
- Preferred: Proven experience working on large scale Finacle implementation or migration testing projects.
- Preferred: Practical knowledge of Finacle scripting syntax and runtime environment logs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of dedicated experience in banking automation testing, with an explicit focus on the Finacle core banking ecosystem.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent cross functional collaboration habits, and communication skills.
