Responsibilities
- Manage F5 BIG IP solutions across the organization's infrastructure
- Provide expert level support and troubleshooting for all F5 modules: LTM, GTM/DNS, and ASM
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of F5 services
- Develop and maintain F5 configurations, policies, and automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze traffic patterns, application delivery, and security events using F5 tools
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of application delivery infrastructure
- Conduct health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning for F5 environments
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Stay current with F5 product updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis related to F5 infrastructure
Requirements
- Expert level experience with F5 BIG IP solutions, including LTM, GTM/DNS, and ASM modules
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills for F5 infrastructure
- Experience with F5 configuration, policies, and automation scripts
- Knowledge of network, security, and application delivery principles
- Ability to mentor junior team members
