Role Purpose
The Senior Engineer – Site (C&A) manages a section of a construction project, provides technical advice, and supervises work crews and subcontractors.
The role is responsible for completing site tasks on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Support development of KSA national employees and knowledge dissemination across the team.
- Provide input on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure.
- Manage team affairs with standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and governance.
- Reinforce company values, ethical business practices, and a strong people culture.
- Manage adoption and utilization of systems and ERP within the team.
- Supervise daily section responsibilities according to project plans, policies, procedures, and budget.
- Oversee equipment operations and utilization at site.
- Assess variations related to design, shop drawing approvals, or client instructions.
- Follow up with consultants on design, shop drawing, and material submittal approvals.
