Role Overview
The Senior Manager - HSE is responsible for compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
The role leads the HSE function across projects, facilities, and work sites and supports safe, compliant project delivery.
Leadership and HSE Management
- Select, manage, and retain HSE Project Managers and lead the day-to-day HSE function within approved policies and budgets.
- Manage succession planning, career growth, organizational development, and capability building across the HSE function.
- Promote safety culture, ethical business practices, and adoption of company values across HSE personnel.
- Support tendering and business development by advising executive management on HSE matters.
