Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models for building exteriors, interiors, and landscapes using Revit or other BIM software.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, and schedules from BIM models.
• Apply LOD 350, 400, and 500 requirements, BIM Execution Plans, company standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to detect and resolve clashes.
• Set up families and libraries for architectural systems and update models for design changes, RFIs, and site modifications.
• Export models and drawings in DWG, IFC, and PDF formats.
• Provide quantity take-offs and model data to project engineers and managers.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and maintain documentation and version control.
• Support visualization and walkthroughs using rendering tools.
• Conduct model quality checks and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Experience with rendering software such as Lumion or Twinmotion.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, landscape, and façade models.
• Understanding of common data environments such as ACC or BIM 360.
• Familiarity with international architectural standards and sizes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
