About the Role

- Build collaborative relationships with TELUS leaders to address data and trust challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning data and trust strategies with business goals.
- Liaise with subject matter experts to tailor joint programs and initiatives.
- Design and adapt data and trust policies and programs for TELUS Health.
- Coach and train leaders on data and trust topics.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating ROI of data and trust programs.
- Develop communication strategies and content on data and trust issues.
- Ensure equity, compliance, and autonomy in all data and trust programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in privacy, data management, or responsible AI roles with increasing responsibility.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement data and trust programs from scratch.
- Project management experience with multiple complex initiatives.
- Ability to manage change and guide teams through transformation.
- Relevant privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP) are strong assets.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
- Experience in healthcare or digital health technology is an asset.
- Legal training and experience is an asset.
