Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, with at least 3 years in the F&B industry
- Proven experience in managing accounting processes specific to the F&B sector, including food cost analysis, inventory control, and revenue recognition
- Expertise in handling general ledger entries, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements tailored to F&B operations
- Strong experience in managing accounts payable and receivable for multiple F&B outlets
- In depth knowledge of F&B industry accounting standards, tax compliance, and regulations
- Familiarity with cost accounting methods, including standard costing, and ability to analyze food and beverage margins and profitability
- Experience in preparing financial reports for management with focus on operational performance, budgeting, and financial forecasting for the F&B sector
- Familiarity with F&B point of sale (POS) systems, inventory management systems, and financial software used in the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage and report on financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local laws
- Experience in conducting financial audits, working closely with internal auditors

Job Summary
