- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses to achieve financial targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and company operational standards
- Conduct regular restaurant audits and implement corrective action plans where necessary
- Develop staff schedules and optimize labor utilization based on business needs
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction initiatives
- Analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively
- Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements
- Ensure restaurants consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
- Lead new restaurant openings, remodels, and special operational projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 8 years of management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management/POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required

Job Summary
