Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or multiple quick service restaurant locations.
  • This role ensures operational excellence, profitability, compliance with company standards, and exceptional customer service while leading and developing high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses to achieve financial targets.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and company operational standards.
  • Conduct regular restaurant audits and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
  • Develop staff schedules and optimize labor utilization based on business needs.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Analyze operational and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure restaurants consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Lead new restaurant openings, remodels, and special operational projects as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 8 years of management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management/POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required.

Pay

  • QAR7,000.00 QAR8,000.00 per month
