Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, food quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Involves supervising team members, maintaining productivity, and supporting the Operations Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff during daily operations and shifts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance standards.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor employee attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and receiving.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health regulations.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Control labor costs, food costs, and minimize waste.
  • Support sales initiatives and implement promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast food environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/Food Safety).
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
