Responsibilities
- Deliver professional sports and therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue and recovery focused therapies
- Lead guided stretching, mobility, yoga, and breathwork sessions
- Support members with injury prevention, flexibility, recovery, and overall wellbeing
- Conduct personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Educate members on recovery techniques, posture, mobility, and wellness practices
- Collaborate closely with Golf Operations, Coaches, and the Wellness team to enhance member performance and recovery
- Create a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every member
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
Requirements
- Qualification in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Physiotherapy, or a related field
- Experience delivering sports massage, deep tissue massage, and recovery treatments
- Knowledge of stretching, mobility, and recovery techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, recovery, and member care

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- Qualification in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Experience delivering sports massage, deep tissue massage, and recovery treatments.
- Knowledge of stretching, mobility, and recovery techniques.
- Yoga instruction or breathwork experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, recovery, and member care.
