Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the HOA's Health, Safety & Environmental strategy and management system
- Drive compliance with UAE regulations, HOA governance, and industry best practices
- Lead contractor HSE management, audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions
- Develop emergency response plans, business continuity initiatives, and crisis management procedures
- Promote environmental sustainability, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Prepare reports, analyse trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Build a proactive safety culture that protects residents, guests, employees, contractors, and community assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline
- SIRA certification is mandatory
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (minimum); additional HSE certifications highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- UAE experience within residential communities, master communities, real estate, hospitality, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of contractor management, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and emergency response
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills

About the Role
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the community's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
- Work closely with residents, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant operations.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
