- Nurture and harvest organic vegetables, herbs, fruits, and edible flowers for the culinary team
- Manage planting schedules, crop rotation, and sustainable farming practices
- Manage ordering of plants, seeds, and farm supplies in accordance with budget and farm requirements
- Work closely with chefs and F&B team to deliver fresh, seasonal produce daily
- Care for diverse ornamental trees and shrubs across the property
- Host engaging farm tours and workshops to share expertise with members and their families
- Support landscaping of the property, overseeing care of ornamental trees and shrubs
Requirements
- Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
- Hands on experience in horticulture, propagation, nursery management, and organic farming
- Attention to detail and genuine passion for quality and sustainability
- Strong communication skills and welcoming personality to engage with members
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, outdoor environment

Job Overview
