About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of all hard and soft FM services across the community
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programmes
- Drive asset management, lifecycle planning, and capital improvement initiatives
- Manage FM budgets, cost control, and value engineering opportunities
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards
- Monitor community infrastructure, critical systems, and emergency preparedness
- Build strong relationships with residents, developers, authorities, and service providers
- Support sustainability initiatives and continuous operational improvements
- Prepare performance reports and provide data driven recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- 7 10 years of Facilities Management experience
- 3 5 years within a UAE/GCC HOA or community management environment
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CAFM platforms, contract management, and asset lifecycle planning
- Experience managing FM budgets, contractors, and SLAs
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

About the Role

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of Facilities Management experience, including 3–5 years within a UAE/GCC HOA or community management environment.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CAFM platforms, contract management, and asset lifecycle planning.
- Experience managing FM budgets, contractors, and service level agreements.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- NEBOSH or other professional FM certifications are highly desirable.
