Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech & Language Therapist to manage a clinical caseload across schools, nurseries, and therapy centre settings.
The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions for children with communication difficulties, developmental disorders, and special educational needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, and support staff to improve communication outcomes and support children’s development.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
- Manage clinical caseload independently
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support children with speech, language, communication, and developmental difficulties
- Collaborate with schools, nurseries, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide recommendations and referrals when required
- Maintain evidence-based therapy practices and outcome measures
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide guidance and support to families, carers, and educational staff
- Prepare professional reports and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions
- Build strong relationships with children and families
Professional Development
- Participate in continuous professional development (CPD)
- Attend supervision sessions and performance reviews
- Stay updated with current speech therapy practices and DHA standards
Training & Support
- Contribute to staff training and internal workshops
- Support therapy assistants and educational staff
- Share knowledge and best practices with the therapy team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience
- DHA Eligibility/License required
- Experience working with children with communication and developmental difficulties
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Work Schedule
- 5 days/week
- 9 hours/day:
- 6 hours Clinical/Therapy
- 1 hour Administration
- 1 hour Preparation
- 1 hour Lunch Break
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED19,000.00 per month
