- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, and property portals
- Generate and optimize high quality sales leads through online and offline marketing initiatives
- Oversee social media content, website updates, and branding to ensure consistent company image
- Coordinate with sales team to develop marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns
- Manage property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and corporate events
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and optimize ROI using analytics tools
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, photographers, and creative vendors
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring cost effective campaign execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- At least 3 years in the UAE real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign performance and improve ROI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
