Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business documents
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic administrative documentation
- Organize meetings, events, and company functions
- Handle ad hoc administrative and personal tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills
- UAE experience is preferred

Job Summary
