Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant & Administrative Officer to provide executive support while ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the office.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic administrative documentation.
  • Organize meetings, events, and company functions.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and personal tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
  • UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting C level executives.
  • Knowledge of travel coordination and calendar management.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 4,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
