- Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with approved audit plans and professional standards
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices
- Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and recommend practical improvements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
- Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely implementation of agreed actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Internal Audit
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is mandatory
- Experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

We're Hiring: Internal Auditor
- We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, and compliance, with the ability to evaluate internal controls and support business governance across the organization.
