Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement function for interior fit out, joinery, furniture, MEP, and construction materials
- Develop procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost effective sourcing of materials and subcontractors
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms
- Prepare and manage RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Project, Factory, and Site teams to ensure timely material delivery
- Monitor procurement schedules and resolve supply chain issues to avoid project delays
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor database
- Ensure procurement complies with project specifications, budgets, and company policies
- Review procurement costs, prepare reports, and implement cost saving initiatives
- Manage subcontract procurement and contract negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in UAE Interior Fit Out & Joinery
- Strong experience in sourcing fit out materials, custom joinery, furniture, MEP materials, finishes, and subcontractors
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial evaluation skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and procurement practices
- Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and procurement software
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Pay
- AED6,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
