About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, procurement, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and after sales service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless business operations
- Lead and manage the after sales service function, ensuring excellent customer support and timely issue resolution
- Analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and automation
- Utilize SAP ERP to manage procurement, inventory, warehouse, and operational reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar role within a trading, distribution, or commercial business
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics
- Hands on experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred
- Strong IT skills with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational performance
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and operational reporting
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
