About the Role
Experienced Specialist Dermatologist, Aesthetic and Hair Transplant professional, and Medical Director for the clinic.
The role combines clinical dermatology expertise with hands-on aesthetic procedures, hair transplantation and clinical leadership.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct dermatology and aesthetic consultations, assessments and personalized treatment planning.
- Perform and oversee hair transplant procedures from patient assessment through post-treatment follow-up.
- Perform Botox, dermal filler, skin booster, PRP and other approved non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions while maintaining patient safety and clinical-care standards.
Medical Director Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical standards, regulatory compliance, patient safety and quality of care.
- Manage treatment outcomes, complications, informed consent, clinical documentation and patient follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a premium patient experience and support practice growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Specialist Dermatologist with a valid DHA license.
- Proven hands-on hair transplant experience.
- Strong experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable or non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
- Previous Dubai or UAE aesthetic clinic experience.
- Ability to undertake Medical Director responsibilities under applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, consultation, leadership and patient-management skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to work with a premium and diverse clientele.
