Role Overview
OnTime HealthCare Services is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for its Mainland Business Setup team.
The role coordinates end-to-end UAE Mainland company formation cases from client requirements and activity selection through licensing and post-licensing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage DED/DET licence applications, renewals, amendments, cancellations, trade names, initial approvals, and licence issuance.
- Coordinate LLC formation, shareholder and manager documentation, MOA preparation and notarisation, and tenancy or Ejari requirements.
- Prepare and submit client documents, follow up with government authorities and PRO teams, and resolve pending or rejected applications.
- Track cases, maintain accurate records, update clients, and provide post-licensing support for company changes and licence transactions.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on UAE Mainland business setup experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of DED/DET company formation procedures and Mainland trade licence applications.
- Good understanding of business activities, licence types, LLC formation, MOA, initial approval, trade names, and licence issuance.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple company formation cases simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of related government procedures such as MOHRE and Immigration is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a UAE business setup consultancy is highly preferred.
