Role Overview

Design and Documentation

• Develop concepts, design proposals, layouts, space plans, mood boards, 3D models, and visualisations.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed, construction, and working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, architectural details, schedules, and material specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers, document control, revisions, approvals, and accurate project records.

Approvals and Coordination

• Prepare documents for relevant UAE authority submissions and coordinate with authority representatives.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, contractor, subcontractor, supplier, and project management teams.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, technical submittals, and design conflicts.

Site and Client Support

• Conduct site visits, review site conditions, provide technical clarifications, and support resolution of construction issues.
• Inspect completed works, identify deviations, prepare observation reports, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate with clients, present design solutions, respond to technical queries, and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Two to five years of relevant architectural experience is required.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary drawings, and understand construction methods is required.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, authority procedures, construction materials, finishes, and detailing is required.
