OnTime HealthCare Services seeks a Patient Coordinator to manage the complete patient journey, from initial inquiries to treatment follow-ups. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in patient coordination, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete patient journey, from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to treatment follow-ups.
- Welcome patients and provide professional, attentive, and personalized assistance throughout their clinic experience.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other clinic staff.
- Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person communication.
- Explain available treatments, packages, appointments, and clinic services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient information, appointment records, and follow-up schedules.
- Build strong relationships with patients and support patient satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic patient coordination or a similar patient-facing role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare clinic.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Qualifications
