- Drive continuous improvement of bidding processes, tools, and templates
- Serve as the focal point for cross functional coordination throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Lead post bid reviews and deal performance evaluations
- Build and maintain a centralized bid knowledge repository
- Stay abreast of market trends, procurement regulations, and emerging technologies

- 6 8 years of experience
- Previous experience in Telecommunication Industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering (preferred)

Job Purpose
- The role holder is responsible for leading the bid management function for complex and strategic deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance with regulations, and optimization of commercial outcomes.
- This includes managing the end to end bid process, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing proposal quality and governance.
- The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and lead the implementation of bid strategies and governance frameworks for both standard and complex deals across sales verticals, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end to end bid process including receipt, analysis, and response to RfPs, in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, legal, and technology units.
- Coordinate the development of compelling and compliant technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimation, vendor selection, and business case preparation and approval.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to CST and other regulatory bodies’ requirements, proactively mitigating risks of non compliance or penalties.
- Drive the continuous improvement of bidding processes, tools, and templates, and provide strategic recommendations for bid/no bid decisions.
- Serve as the focal point for cross functional coordination and communication throughout the proposal lifecycle, ensuring timely handover of awarded projects to project delivery teams.
- Lead post bid reviews and deal performance evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to optimize future bids.
- Build and maintain a centralized bid knowledge repository to ensure the accessibility and dissemination of bid related information to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends, procurement regulations, and emerging technologies to support business readiness and competitiveness in strategic bids.
