Requirements
- B.Sc. in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (production installations)
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- English and French language proficiency

Position Overview
- VINCI Energies Oil & Gas is hiring a Spare Parts – Instrumentation Senior Engineer for a major Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project in Abu Dhabi.
- Contract duration: 2 years (renewable), 48 hours/week.
Main Responsibilities
- Determine with the Spare Part Team Leader the list of main equipment for which spare parts dossiers will be established.
- Definition of mechanical spare parts for maintenance and operation.
- Spare parts definition & codification for SAP.
- Verification of the commissioning/start up spare parts and capital spare parts.
- Drawing up optimized spare parts lists.
- Recover the list of recommended spare parts provided by suppliers, vendors or manufacturers.
- Analyse the lists of spare parts provided for purchased equipment and/or packages.
- Liaise with the relevant entities to supplement, clarify or consolidate the collected information.
- Drawing up templates for Material Masters.
- Spare parts dossiers and associated documentation.
- Consolidated and validated spare parts lists for SAP integration.
Profile & Qualifications
- Equivalent of B.Sc Instrumentation Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years’ experience in the maintenance field for Oil & Gas production installations.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment and in a CLIENT service oriented relationship.
- Competence and experience in the relevant technical specialties.
- Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate efficiently with others.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Working language: English (spoken/read/written) and French (spoken/read/written).
