Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects, from planning and execution studies to commissioning and handover
- Collaborate with the HV Tender Leader to support tender preparation, including technical and financial bid development, BOQ preparation, suppliers and subcontractors RFQ preparation, execution methodologies
- Ensure accurate cost estimation, schedule preparation and risk assessment during tender phases
- Oversee operational project execution, ensuring compliance with VINCI’s HSE standards and regulation, technical standards and contractual obligations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, OEMs/vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular reporting to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- 8–12 years of project management experience in energy infrastructure projects within the UAE
- Demonstrated success in projects involving TAQA (TRANSCO)
- Strong expertise in both operational project execution and tender cost estimation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Contract management skills
- PMP certification is a strong plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Role Overview
- Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major energy infrastructure projects such as greenfield or brownfield HV substations projects from 132kV to 400kV in Abu Dhabi Region.
- Ideal candidate brings 8–12 years of proven project management experience in the energy sector with a successful track record of delivering projects in collaboration with TAQA (TRANSCO).
- Requires balanced expertise between operational project execution and cost estimation during tender phases.
