- Determine with the Spare Part Team Leader the list of main equipment for spare parts dossiers
- Definition of mechanical spare parts for maintenance and operation
- Spare parts definition & codification for SAP
- Verification of commissioning/start up spare parts and capital spare parts
- Drawing up optimized spare parts lists
- Recover and analyze lists of recommended spare parts from suppliers
- Liaise with relevant entities to supplement, clarify or consolidate collected information
- Drawing up templates for Material Masters
- Prepare spare parts dossiers and associated documentation
- Consolidate and validate spare parts lists for SAP integration
Requirements
- Equivalent of B.Sc. HVAC Engineering
- 5–10 years’ experience in the maintenance field for Oil & Gas production installations
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- French language (spoken/read/written)

Job Opportunity
- We Are Hiring: Spare Parts – HVAC Senior Engineer for a major Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Start Date: ASAP. Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable). Schedule: 48 hours/week – Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Determine with the Spare Part Team Leader the list of main equipment for spare parts dossiers.
- Definition of mechanical spare parts for maintenance and operation.
- Spare parts definition & codification for SAP.

Profile & Qualifications
- Equivalent of B.Sc. HVAC Engineering.
- 5–10 years’ experience in maintenance for Oil & Gas production installations.

- Competence in relevant technical specialties.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- English (spoken/read/written).
- French (spoken/read/written).
