Main Responsibilities

  • Determine with the Spare Part Team Leader the list of 'Main equipment' for which spare parts dossiers will be established.
  • Definition of mechanical spare parts for maintenance and operation.
  • Spare parts definition & codification for SAP.
  • Verification of the commissioning/start up spare parts and capital spare parts.
  • Drawing up optimized spare parts lists.
  • Recover the list of recommended spare parts provided by suppliers, vendors or manufacturers under COMPANY SPL forms as required in the purchase orders.
  • Analyse the lists of spare parts provided for purchased equipment and/or packages.
  • Liaise with the relevant entities (vendor, supplier, manufacturer, EPC contractor, COMPANY) in order to supplement, clarify or consolidate the collected information.
  • Drawing up templates for Material Masters.
  • Spare parts dossiers and associated documentation.
  • Consolidated and validated spare parts lists for SAP integration.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Equivalent of B.Sc Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in the maintenance field for Oil & Gas production installations.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in a multinational team environment and in a CLIENT service oriented relationship.
  • Competence and experience in the relevant technical specialties.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate efficiently with others.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent CEGELEC and MIEC team in a professional manner during any meeting with the CLIENT.
  • Working language: English (spoken/read/written) and French (spoken/read/written).
