Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Spare Parts Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive spare parts operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers and workshop teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying and sourcing automotive spare parts
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and parts estimates accurately
- Handle spare parts inquiries through phone, email, and walk-in customers
- Maintain proper inventory control and monitor stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts ordering and delivery follow-up
- Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop repair and maintenance jobs
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory movement
- Recommend suitable parts and accessories based on vehicle requirements
- Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts in the warehouse/store
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spare Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle systems
- Experience using ERP/DMS systems and spare parts catalogues
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Japanese, European, American, or commercial vehicle brands is an advantage
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per day
