- Greet customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain the showroom reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with customer check ins for test drives, service appointments, and walk ins
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, updating records, and managing correspondence
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk in visits
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to support daily operations
- Provide accurate information about showroom location, operating hours, and general services
- Support documentation processes, including scanning, filing, and preparing simple reports when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
- Fluency in English
- Arabic (Required)
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage
