About the Role
Al Shaali Moto Trading L.L.C is seeking a Junior Accountant in Dubai with at least one year of UAE accounting experience, preferably in automotive or similar industries.

Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and payment requests accurately and on time
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including customer collections and supplier payment follow up
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies
- Record daily cash, cheque, card, and bank transactions in the accounting system
- Assist in preparing VAT related documents, reconciliation schedules, and supporting records
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure supporting documents are complete and properly approved
- Assist with customer invoicing, receipt posting, and follow up of outstanding balances
- Support monthly closing activities, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting records
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Procurement, and other departments for invoice verification and supporting documents
- Assist with inventory related accounting, including spare parts purchases, stock movements, and supplier reconciliation, where applicable
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of UAE accounting experience, preferably in automotive, vehicle trading, spare parts, workshop, car rental, or similar commercial environment
- Practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, petty cash, invoicing, and VAT documentation
- Experience using ERP/accounting software, preferably Keyloop; knowledge of Odoo, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar systems is an advantage
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail
- Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented Junior Accountant to support the Finance Department with daily accounting activities.
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of UAE experience in accounting, preferably within the automotive industry, vehicle trading, spare parts, workshop operations, car rental, or a similar commercial environment.

Pay
