Qualifications and Experience
- Hands-on experience in massage, facial, and body treatments is required.
- Relevant certification or qualification to practice as a Spa Therapist is required.
- Strong customer service orientation is required.
- The ability to follow company procedures and standards is required.
- Proven retail and rebooking sales experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver massage, facial, and body treatments to customers.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience that encourages customers to return.
- Maintain a strong working relationship within the spa team.
- Support spa team morale and maintain company standards, goals, and objectives.
