Qualifications and experience
- At least 2 years of receptionist or guest service experience in a front-stage hotel position.
- Experience in an international five-star hotel with more than 500 rooms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS.
Responsibilities
- Create a unique point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Anticipate and meet guest preferences and requests.
- Provide undivided attention to guests visiting the hotel.
- Build lasting guest relationships while following the hotel's core values.
