Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Cluster Senior Sales Manager to drive business across its hotel portfolio.
The role focuses on client relationships, new opportunities, partnerships, market insight, and measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual sales targets across corporate, TMC, leisure, group, and international markets.
- Develop new business and strengthen existing client relationships to generate repeat and incremental business.
- Manage key accounts and pursue corporate clients, international tour operators, and local DMC partnerships.
- Lead client meetings, sales calls, business development visits, roadshows, and assigned business trips.
- Secure RFP opportunities and negotiate and finalize group contracts in line with commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for the hotel portfolio.
- Work with Revenue, Sales, and Credit teams on forecasts, budgets, and commercial objectives.
- Deliver client presentations and contribute to teamwork and accountability across the sales team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role.
- Strong understanding of local and international markets, the corporate market, and hotel sales dynamics.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Previous Dubai hospitality experience is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
