Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Cluster Sales Executive.
The role supports business generation across the hotel portfolio and focuses on client relationships, opportunities, and revenue.
What You Will Do
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with hotel sales objectives.
- Build relationships across corporate, travel agent, wholesale, tour operator, and transient accounts.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face sales calls and follow up promptly on leads and enquiries.
- Promote hotel products and services, understand client requirements, and negotiate commercial outcomes.
- Maintain account plans, monitor competitors, conduct hotel tours, and use sales tools and systems.
- Coordinate with departments to deliver client, guest, and group requirements effectively.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through consistent business development activity.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Executive or similar hospitality sales role.
- A proven record of achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.
- Understanding of the corporate market and hotel sales environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Confidence and professionalism when representing the hotel and engaging clients.
- Commercial awareness, motivation, proactive behavior, and passion for sales and hospitality.
