Job Purpose
Create a unique point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
Ensure that guest preferences and requests are anticipated and met.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, guest services, or front stage within an international five-star hotel.
- Experience in a hotel with 500 or more rooms is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English is required.
- Multilingual or additional language skills are preferred.
